he is showing the police that the statutory jurisdiction that they are empowered by to govern corporations is useless in governing creditors. he is a creator not under debtor law or bankruptcy law. his child is rightfully his property and by taking his property with out providing him the proper paperwork they are committing a crime. he is allowed to file tort against the departments officers and he is pushing them outside the corporate vial so he can go after there personal assets and not the police managements

My wife often refused my legal right for visitation of my five children, so I would call the police, to enforce the court order I had in my hand. The police always told me, “Call your lawyer, or file a complaint with the courthouse.” One time, while having my kids over for visitation, my youngest son was having a bad day, and called his mom. Mom immediately called the police. The police came, and forcefully dragged my son away, without questions or answers, or following the law. Father’s have no rights, and are given little regard.

Sperm and egg = property, so whatever it grows into is property as well. That’s simple undeniable logic. Parents do act like children are property, right? Parents tell and force children what to do, what they wear, who they can be friends with, what they learn, everything. From egg/sperm until adult, children are like putty which parents mold and shape as they wish. The ONLY thing that referring to them as “children” instead of “property” does is give partial rights to your community/government over your children. This allows your community/school and government to overstep you and even take your children if it’s opined that you’re raising them with the community’s best interest in mind. This is why government will kick down your door if you raise your kids at home in a trade/craft instead of sending them off to public school as the next corporate pawn or public servant.
YOUR kids are YOURS. There is not one shred of logic to argue children as not property. Your body is yours, your reproductive organs are yours, and whatever those organs produce is yours. There is no link in this chain of logic which gives any right over your children to anyone else. If you don’t want to claim your children as property, that’s your loss, and would be you disowning them and allowing others to have say over them.
