This is an excellent workout. I have it on DVD and use it in my weekly rotation. I’ve aquired a library of Leslie’s workouts. I have around seventeen so far and I continue to purchase them. My mother and sister are now Leslie fans as well. I have kept off around an 80 pound weight loss for over ten years with Leslie’s help. Having polycystic ovarian syndrome makes staying slim difficult, but doing Leslie’s walking workouts are the key for me. I’m subscribed to this channel just to support her lol. My mother and I continuosly purchase her merchandise regularly! Thank you Mrs. Sansone. God Bless you!❤❤❤???

    • Tegan Crutchfield are you sure this is/will help with pcos… I’m willing to give it a try.How long would you suggest

  8. New move added – jumping.

  9. Anyone noticed the different T-shirt after Mile One? Leslie also say that they are now in Mile 4 🙂 so, is this a compilation from two different programmes?? just wondering….

  10. Omg… did it for the first time and it felt so good….. woooohooooo…..

  11. same old boring moves

    • Sharon Lloyd if you’ve been watching her for years you know that she always use the same steps. Even though we already know the moves, her videos are very effective and has helped a lot of people

    • Dear sis sharon..it may be old boring moves….but it made me feel good…sweating without running at the park…cardio up….stamina improved…isnt that what exercise is all about….in other words..rejuvenate the body….u can do zumbs if u want…there are a lot of fitness videos on the internet…n i fell in love with this leslie exercise..tq leslie…n i hope sis sharon will find something she likes…take care netizens

    • I have done many of these workouts and each time I wish there were different moves simply for variety. I don’t believe these four moves are the only effective ones.

    • People who likes her wanna see her leading this type of exercises. She is motivating, and this simple exercises are effective. I think that is doable, light, nothing too complicated, exausting, but keeps you moving.

  12. Just completed this. Good walk. Thanks!

    ????

  14. Thank you. I’ll do this when I got rid of my silly cold.

    • Ankita Saini usually I do so, but I felt dizzy so I took a walk in the outside as often as I could and stretches and pilates.
Now I’m better so I do this workout this evening.
But thanks for the advice. 🙂

    • Jessica B.1980 wow pilates!

    • It’s good for the back

    • Jessica B.1980 nice..where do you stay? I am Dr. Ankita Upadhyay from India..

    • Ankita Saini I am Jessica from Berlin, Germany.
This cold turned into a sinius and tonsils infection, the doctor said I need to stay in bedthis week. Guess it’s the cold weather we have.
But next week I want to get back into walking. At least a few minutes in the morning to keep the circulation in shape.

  15. I love this 30 min Power Walk!! What a way to get some cardio in your day!❤️

  16. Daniella Rodriguez January 19, 2018 @ 10:39 pm

How many calories you burn with this 2 miles walk?

    • My Fitbit automatically recognized this as a 23 minute aerobic workout with 204 calories burned. I’ll do this again tomorrow with the manual workout setting and report back to you.

    • Using the manual setting on the Fitbit, I burned 344 for the entire video. I got my heart rate to cardio before the video, so that helped with the calories burned. I had 21 minutes cardio and 9 minutes peak.

    • my fitbit said I burned 155 cals

    • depends on your weight

    • Daniella Rodriguez according to her website it’s about 100 calories per mile. Exaggerate arm movement and will burn more

  17. Leslie, will you post just a cool down video on YouTube please?

  18. God bless u Leslie ji.may god give u all the courage n strength to make nice nice encouraging videos for us.
