  2. Can’t wait to get changed and get into this. I was wanting to do something just like this today; HIIT with weights, but longer than the usual 15 minutes, and then I get a notification just before I was about to get into my workout gear to say you’ve just released this video. Perfect!

      I really struggled to keep my balance in the lawnmower movement. I either had to do it so slowly that my heart rate came down, which defeats the object of doing HIIT, or I lost form and was falling over. Any tips as to how to keep my balance better in dynamic movements like that? I do yoga every day which has improved my balance enormously, but I have instability in my knee joints and tiny feet for my height, so my balance is about as good as it’s going to get. Thanks in advance for any help you can give

  15. absolutely loved this workout today morning… i had to comment… The Tabata style is challenging but very doable. Loved this. Please do some more Tabata style videos.

  19. Up’d my weights and really got a heavy breathing workout!!!! That was yesterday…today I just did stretches because I could feel this workout alllll over! Loved it!
