WARMUP: (repeat 5x)
1)10 reps Jog and reach
2) 10 reps toe touch jacks

PART 1: (50:10) (complete 3 rounds)
1) criss cross jacks (2x), squat w/ leg lift (2x)
2) heel click burpees
3) 10x mountain climber, 10x high knees, 1x star jump
4) walk into plank, frog plank jump
5) flutter kicks

PART 2: (50:10)
1) box jump, tuck jump
2) staggered pushups
3) side squat, curtsy lunge (right leg)
4) plank jack with shoulder tap, commando plank
5) side squat, curtsy lunge (left leg)
6) 4 tricep dips, 4 squat jumps
7) 2 plank hops, 2 power step ups
8) box jump, tuck jump
9) staggered pushups
10) side squat, curtsy lunge (right leg)
11) plank jack with shoulder tap, commando plank
12) side squat, curtsy lunge (left leg)
13) 4 tricep dips, 4 squat jumps
14) 2 plank hops, 2 power step ups

    • How do you check how many calories you burnt? Genuinely curious, I’d like to see if i can do it myself

      There are calculators online that ask for your height/weight/age/BMI/body fat percentage (among other things), but I find those less accurate than wearing a fitness tracker or watch that is designed to monitor heart rate and workout intensity.
