  14. A little tip
    when you do it for the first time and it’s hard so you wanna give up after 15 mins, just go rest for 10 mins (or more), go back and end this. You will feel better after a break and won’t be so sweaty.

      Maddie Martinez because you don’t give your body time to recover. do it every other day and you will see better result

    • guys she is right .. i do it this way . i do this exercise for 10 mins then i pause for 3 mins then i do it for 10 min and pause for 3 min and i repeat . in this way my body gets to rest and i can complete this workout instead of giving up because of too much pain and hard exercise .

    It’s 2018 and we still haven’t figured out how many cals this workout will burn lol.

    Anyway people, don’t waste your time asking whether this works or not. It does. And so does your healthy diet. Trust me, whatever your measurement is, as long as you have STRICT diet and REGULAR exercise, you’ll lose weight. ? I’ve done this exercise & other home workouts (YouTube is basically my “gym”) while keeping up w my diet, I lost 10kgs in 6mths.

    Now I’m aiming for 10 more kgs for the next 6mths to lose – also toning my body.

    If I can do it, you can too!!! ?
