  6. This workout was awesome. I recently hurt my back and I was afraid of hurting it again. I was not only able to do this work (worked up quite a sweat) but my back feels great.

I want to thank the guys at HASfit for their incredible workouts that cover all levels of fitness and ability, and their amazing free website that offers you nutritional information, recipes and anything else you could need. It’s amazing to have access to stuff that you need, that would usually cost you an arm and a leg if you tried to access it locally (Ever tried to get into a dietician/nutritionist/exercise physiologist in a rural area? It’s expensive!!) I found their low impact 20 minute beginner work out by mistake, and I’m so glad I did! I’m 23 and weighed 93.4kg, and my weight affected every aspect of my life. With healthier eating and more exercise (thanks again HASfit!) I’ve managed to drop 10.5kg of my 18kg goal. Also, Coach Kozak isn’t annoying, like most video workout people are haha. I recommend HASfit to everyone who says they’re looking to exercise but can’t afford classes/gyms. Keep up the good work everyone!!

  8. Happy 2015! I just found you today and although I usually exercise for 30 minutes, I was not feeling that confident after I stopped exercising for 20 days! But I liked it and enjoyed it a lot.   10. I thought this was going to be so easy. They seemed too easy and I thought I was going to go have to find something else, but DAMN I’m sweating, my hearts racing, and I’m so exhausted. Did the whole video, which seemed impossible to do at first, and I feel great about it. Going to be doing this every day, until I can handle harder. I need to lose a lot of weight in 6 months, and I’m going to be working hard for what I want. <3~ Great video!

      It is hard at first, but gets easier over time. I’ve done this workout last year from before summer till November. Then, well the holidays 🙂 Just started to do it again today, and, let me tell you, as hard as the first time. Yep, I need to get that going again.     • luckily till now i’ts been 4 months and i’m still cancer free 🙂 i hope it will never come back again , 2 times has already been to much for me , i gotta say i already got nearer to god more than i would have ever thought in my life ( due to this ) , it’s not that bad 🙂

       practice honoring our Father God and giving Him thanks for providing everything you need to live an abundant life through His Son Jesus Christ. Then tell sickness and disease how little and powerless they are and how big and all powerful your God is. Break their power in the name of Jesus Christ and tell them what you want them to do in the name of Jesus Christ and then thank Father and Jesus for making it happen through Jesus Christ. After that, all you have to do is thank the Lord your God every day for making you well (just like He tells us to do). And because the devil can imitate sickness and disease, many times he will attack us harder to try to convince us that God did not heal us but it is a lie. Tell him to go back to where he came from in Jesus’ name, “devil I rebuke you in the name of Jesus Christ!  Release me now and go back to where you came!” This is the spiritual warfare that Scripture tells us to fight against Ephesians 6:11. Google how to rebuke sickness in the name of Jesus Christ and put the power of the Holy Spirit into your life. I have learned how to do it and Jesus has healed many sickness and diseases including several types of cancer because of it; because I know He will, because He promises. If you have any unforgiveness or ill will, offense towards anyone you MUST forgive them and ask God for forgiveness. Unforgiveness is one of the devils doors to us. Go for it dude.

  19. Are there any standing exercises to target/strengthen core/abs for people with low back and hip injuries? If so, can you please post a routine for it….this would mean so much for us 🙂
