    Thank you so much Kat for THIS & all the rest amazing workouts! This is my second workout with you & I have to say you bring such a wide variety of moves into every video. Also like the fact that you include a warm up with each one! Being in a space constricted hostel, I am amazed about building up such sweat in such a short span of time. Needless to say but you are my Go To person for online workouts now!

  10. It’s been a hot minute since I’ve done one of your workouts— I’ve missed you! I changed my workout splits and now only do 20 mins cardio a few times a week soooooo this was freakishly perfect for what I’ve been needing!!! You’re awesome- thank you for this ๐Ÿ™‚

    Do you have any advice to prevent cramps in the hamstrings following the workout ? Thank you very much for your great videos.

      I’m so happy you liked it, Yoash! If you need to, try warming up for a little bit longer before you start this workout if you’re experiencing hamstring cramps. Makes sure to drink lots of water after, eat anti-inflammatory foods, get enough sleep, and stretch out your hamstrings after finishing your workout! These are a few ways you can help to prevent hammy cramps. ^_____^
