All videos will be available the 12pm local times on Youtube bit.ly/bodylabtv the day before the workouts. Please be sure to check the calendar and see when the LIVE! workouts are scheduled.

LIVE workouts will be Monday at 6am and Wednesday at 8pm . All times are Eastern Standard times. Workouts will broadcasted LIVE via our Facebook page www.facebook.com.bodylabllc and our Youtube channel bit.ly/bodylabtv at the listed times

If you want do your workouts before the actually listed time for the LIVE event the a workout routine is listed to do.

Each week is themed. Week 1 is Tabata 20 seconds of work 10 secs of rest , about 5-6 rounds of each exercise.

There will be a selection of abs video posted for you to do. Some days we jump straight to work so there is no warm-ups or cool-downs routine . However there are is a warm up and cool-down stretching videos that will be in the description for all the videos and in the 100 Day #BBB100 Playlist
